Our Approach
Our Approach
HoverXR approaches XR as an operational tool, not a novelty. Each effort starts by understanding the task, the user, the environment, and the performance gap.

01Define the problem
Clarify the training, rehearsal, simulation, or operational challenge. Identify who needs to perform better, under what conditions, and what success looks like.
02Map the workflow
Document users, tasks, constraints, equipment, timing, risk, and existing training or operational systems.
03Shape the XR use case
Determine whether XR adds meaningful value. If it does, define the experience, interaction model, data needs, and prototype path.
04Prototype with purpose
Build only what is needed to test the use case, reduce uncertainty, and gather feedback from the right users or stakeholders.
05Evaluate and iterate
Assess usability, training value, workflow fit, technical feasibility, and deployment considerations before scaling.
